Troubleshooting
If the Teams site is not in the Currently Open section, and/or doesn’t appear at all in the Suggestions Tab, exit out of the Profile Editor using the blue X button () at the top right of the Profile Editor Screen. After the Main Screen has re-loaded, go to your browser and ensure that the Tab or Window that has the Teams Site loaded is selected or focused. Return to Outlook/EmailPointer and click the Refresh Button () at the bottom right of the Main Screen to refresh the Location Discovery for the Profile Editor, then re-open the profile editor () and check if the Teams Site appears within the Currently Open area of the Suggestions Tab.
If a Teams Pointer is not opening, either in the Main Screen or in the Profile Editor, check to ensure there are no Microsoft Login Popups open. To access a Teams Account the first time through EmailPointer, Microsoft will need to verify access using the Username and Password connected to that Teams Account. Changing your computer, your computers physical location, or IP Address, can cause Microsoft to require re-authorizing your computer.
